What Methods of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa, PayPal

Is the credit card information secure

All of our online ordering processes use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects your information. 

Will I be charged sales tax for my order?

The Desai Companies Inc., is required to charge applicable sales tax for customers with a shipping address in the States of Florida and Tennessee.  Tax will be calculated during checkout, and will be included in your order total before you confirm your order.  

Will I be charged duty/tax fees if I am shipping outside of the U.S.?

Yes, all international orders are subject to these fees. Please contact your country’s customs office for details.

Do you provide gift packaging?

All jewelry items are packed in a pouch and then in a jewelry box with an intention/meaning card. We do not provide custom gift notes or packaging at this time.
 

MY ORDER

How do I cancel/update my order?

Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled or modified. Please note that we try to begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, please contact us via phone or email as soon as you realize you’d like to make a change. Please have your order number handy.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email once your order is processed, and another one with the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. 

Do you provide Gift Packaging?

All Jewelry items and packaged in a pouch and then in a jewelry box with an Intention/meaning card. We do not provide custom gift notes or packaging at this time. 

Can I be put on a wait list for items sold out?

Yes, on most items.

I added an item to my cart. Does that guarantee that I have the item?

Your cart is not guaranteed until you proceed to check out with your order. We do our best to maintain an up-to-date inventory, but during times of increased shopping traffic, inventory discrepancies do sometimes occur. If we are unable to fulfill your order in its entirety, you will receive an email notification and will be refunded the purchase price for any sold-out items. Please allow up to one week for credit card charges to be reversed.
